About this image: I was walking along Lake Michigan on an early Fall morning when I spotted a gentleman standing towards the edge of one of the remaining Jettys in Sheboygan. What he was doing resonated with me so much. The act of pausing, even for a minute, has allowed me to refocus and live in the moment. There is a sense of calmness . And, if you close your eyes, you may hear the waves.
